Can I do an exchange if the sizing/fitting don’t fit me?Yes, you may exchange your item to other sizes if your item doesn't fit you within 7 days after receive your item in comply with our return policy. What is your return policy? - Returns are provided for all items (except sales / promotion items, Intimates, Swim wears and Accessories) -Returns only can be made one time per item - All return / exchanged items must be mailed back to our office within 7 days of receiving your parcel. - Refund would only be done as store credit. Strictly no cash refund is allowed. - Store credits voucher code can only be used once, not applicable for another return/exchange, or with any further discounts and must be redeemed within 30 days from the date of issued. - Return will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered) - Colors shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues. Requests for exchange/ return due to such reason will be rejected. - For light colored items, there may be slight small black dots which are not obvious. As this does not change the overall appearance of the item, it will not be considered a defect. - Items with slight imperfections (loose thread, slight dotted stains etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect. - We reserved the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all mentioned conditions. - Buyers responsible for parcels sent back for returns or exchange. Therefore, we recommend you to send the parcel via courier services with tracking number provided.
An item is missing from my order, what should I do?
We are sorry to send you an incomplete order. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
I have received a defective / incorrect item, what should I do?
We apologize if we had sent you a defective /incorrect item. Please drop an email at email@example.com with a snapshot of the defective area/s or incorrect item within 7 working days and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We will do an exchange to you and return postage fee will be bear by us.
Have you received my returned item?
Please provide us your tracking info once you mail out your returned item. We will email you once we receive your returned item and your return request will be processed within 24 hours.

How to return with CollectCo:

- Pack your parcel securely.
- Print and stick CollectCo return label on the parcel.
