What does backorder means?

Popular items are currently sold out and they will be back to us soon as a backorder. A limited quantity will be arranged for re-manufacturing and you may order directly to reserve your slot by making advance payment when the backorder open.

What does ETA means?

ETA means ‘Estimated Time of Arrival’. There will be an estimated stock arrival date for all backorder items which are stated clearly under each product description & backorder status.

However, delay might be occurred during manufacturing/shipping process which are out of our control. Please kindly check our backorder status updates frequently, no notification email will be sent in such updates unless otherwise stated.

      When will my order be mailed if there is backorder and ready stock items in my order?

      All orders consist of backorder and ready stock item will be mailed out separately. (*except from International order, which ready stock will be send together with backorder)

      Ready stocks items in the order will be mailed in 1-2 working days upon payment verification while backorder will be mailed around the backorder’s ETA which are stated in product description.

      *Do take note that single order with multiple Backorder items will be mailed on the latest ETA of all backorder items.

      Can I amend/cancel my backorder?

      No. All backorder are strictly not refundable /cancelled once the payment has been made.
