These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our site and every order placed through it. If anything is unclear, we're glad to help before you check out — email hello@shoploooh.com.

01 — Who we are

02 — Placing an order

Orders

  • Place your order by completing and submitting the order form on our site. An order number is issued with every successful order.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your order — please double-check the details before confirming. Once an order has been processed, we reserve the right to decline any request to amend it.
  • Combined orders are strictly not allowed. All orders are shipped out according to order number.

Backorder

  • Backorders are sold-out items arranged for re-manufacture, allowing you to secure your piece during production.
  • Each backorder item shows an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA). The ETA is an estimate only — actual arrival may be earlier or later due to shipment delays, longer manufacturing time and similar reasons. Cancellation requests for these reasons will be rejected.
  • A backorder may be cancelled if there is a lack of fabric or insufficient stock; a full refund is given in such cases.
  • Backorders are produced in different batches — please allow a discrepancy of up to 20% per batch in colour and measurement. No exchange or return is allowed for this reason.
  • For orders with both backorder and ready stock, ready stock is mailed first (international orders are mailed together once the backorder arrives).
  • Backorder updates appear on our Backorder Status page and each product link; no notification email is sent unless stated.
  • Once processing begins, all backorders are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.

03 — How you pay

Payment

  • We accept iPay88 (local internet banking, credit/debit cards and e-wallet), bank transfers, GrabPay and cash deposits.
  • Please complete payment and send your payment notification within 24 hours of placing the order. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after this time limit.
  • If an order is cancelled because no payment notification was made in time, any refund is issued as store credit onlyno cash refund.
  • The price payable is the price listed on the site at the time your order is submitted. We may amend prices at any time without notice, and no refund is given if an item later becomes available on sale.

04 — Getting it to you

Delivery

  • Your shipping fee is shown at checkout; you may also refer to our Shipping & Delivery shopping guide.
  • Our mailing days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.
  • Ready stock orders are mailed within 1–3 working days after payment is verified; backorders are mailed around their ETA. The same 1–3 working day window applies during sale periods.
  • Orders with both backorder and ready stock are mailed separately (international orders are sent together once the backorder arrives).
  • All orders are shipped out according to order number; no combined orders.
  • Once your tracking number is emailed, the parcel is under the responsibility of our third-party postage provider, and any delay or loss is beyond our control. Email us and we'll make a reasonable effort to help trace a lost parcel.
  • For international orders, import duties and customs taxes may apply at the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility.

Bounced parcel

  • If we receive a bounced parcel bearing your name, we'll contact you by email. The cost of re-delivery is borne by the customer, and we may decline a request to combine it with a new order.
  • A bounced parcel left unclaimed after 180 days (half a year) will be deemed SHOPLOOOH's property, with no compensation, as sufficient response time has been given.

05 — If something's wrong

Defects

We try our best to provide accurate product descriptions, but we do not warrant that descriptions or other content on the site are accurate or error-free. The following are not considered defects:

  • A slight colour difference (up to 20%) caused by studio lighting, screen calibration or device specifications.
  • A minor variation in measurement of 1–3cm.
  • A minor imperfection under 1cm — a small dot, small stain or loose thread — that isn't obvious and doesn't affect the overall appearance.

Received a defective item?

Email hello@shoploooh.com within 10 working days with your order number and a photo of the defective part.

If the item is acknowledged as defective, we'll arrange free door-to-door pickup. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have tags intact. If a replacement is no longer available, store credit with no expiry date is issued.

06 — Returns & store credit

Returns

  • Returns must be made within 10 working days of receiving your order.
  • Returns are available for most items, except intimates, swimwear and accessories (jewellery). Sale-category items strictly cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Promotion items (e.g. Early Bird or Rebate) may be returned for store credit equal to the discounted purchase price; sized items may request a size exchange. New In items may be returned for the same value in store credit. All shipping fees are borne by the customer.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition — tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered — with the completed return form enclosed. We may reject any return that doesn't meet all conditions.
  • Refunds are issued as store credit only — strictly no cash refund.
  • Store credit can be used multiple times, and any balance applies to your next purchase. It must be redeemed within 90 days from the date of issue.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost and any customs duty, and for the item until it reaches us — please retain all proof of mailing until we acknowledge receipt.

07 — Changes to these terms

Amendments

SHOPLOOOH reserves the right to amend any of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Please check back from time to time — your continued use of the site indicates your acceptance of the terms as posted.
