Terms & Conditions

We are committed to make your shopping experience with us enjoyable as much as possible. Please kindly take some time to read these Terms & Conditions (T&C) prior to using the site (www.shoploooh.com). Your use of the site indicates you acknowledged, understood and agreed to abide to these T&C.

 

Information

We are SHOPLOOOH SDN BHD, a registered company in Malaysia, with registration number 1262778-K and our registered office address is 1, Jalan Ekoperniagaan 2/4, Taman Ekoperniagaan, 81100 Johor Bahru Johor, Malaysia.

Order 

  • You may place your order by completing and submitting the order form in our site. An order number will be given with every success order placed.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of all orders and the information given in the order. Please double check your order detail before confirming the order.
  • We reserve the right to decline any request of amend order if the order has already processed.
  • Combine order is strictly not allowed. All orders are shipped out according to order number.

 

Backorder

  • Backorders are sold out item that arranged for re-manufacture and allow you to secure your piece first during manufacturing process.   
  • Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of each backorder item will be stated clearly in each individual backorder item.
  • ETA is only an estimated date, the actual stock arrival date might earlier or later due to unforeseen circumstances such as shipment delayed, longer manufacturing time and etc. Request to cancel order in such reason will be rejected.
  • Backorder might be cancelled due to lack of fabric, insufficient stock arrive. Full refund will be given in such cases.
  • Backorder are produced in different batches, please kindly allow a discrepancy of 20% for each batch in terms of colour and measurement. No exchange & return is allowed in such circumstances.
  • For order consist of backorder items & ready stocks, ready stocks item will be mailed out first (except from international order whereby order will be mailed out when all backorder item(s) arrived).
  • Backorder will be updated in our Backorder Status page and each individual backorder product link. No notification email will be sent for such updates unless otherwise stated
  • All backorder are strictly non cancelable/refundable once the order is being processed.

 

Payment

  • We accept payment via IPAY88 (Local Internet Banking, Credit/Debit Cards and e-Wallet), Bank Transfers, GrabPay and Cash Deposits.
  • Please complete the payment and provide payment notification to us within 24 hours upon order place as all unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after time limit.
  • If your order is cancelled due to no payment notification done in time limit, refund would only be done as store credit, no cash refund is allowed.
  • The price payable by you for the product shall be the price of the product listed for sale as stated on the Site at the time your order is transmitted to us through the Site. We reserve the right to amend the price of any product at any time without given any reason or prior notice. No refund will be allowed if the purchase item is available on sale thereafter.

 

Delivery

  • Shipping fee of your order will be displayed to you on our Site. Or you may also refer to our Shipping and Delivery shopping guide.
  • Our mailing day is Monday to Friday, excluding weekend and local public holiday.
  • Ready stocks order will be mailed in 1-3 working days upon payment verification while backorder will be mailed around backorder’s ETA (estimated time of arrival) which are stated in every product detail.
  • Orders consist of backorder and ready stock item will be mailed out separately (except from international order, which ready stock will be sent together when backorder arrive)
  • All orders are shipped out according to order number, no combined order is allowed.
  • Once the tracking number is emailed to you, your parcel is under the responsibility of our third party postage service provided, any delay or lost parcel happened is beyond our control.
  • Please contact us via email, we will make reasonable effort to assist you for lost parcel.

  • For international order, import duty and custom taxes might be charged when it reaches destination country and recipient must be responsible for it. 

 

Bounced Parcel

  • We will contact via email if we receive any bounced parcel bearing their name.
  • Cost of re-delivery charged will be borne by customer
  • We reserve the right to decline the request to combine new order with bounced parcel.
  • Bounced parcel that are unclaimed after 180 days (half year) will be deemed as SHOPLOOOH’s property and no compensation will be done as sufficient response time has been given.


Defect

We try our best to provide accurate information in our product description for the purchase through Site. However, we do not warrant that product description or other content on the Site are accurate or error free.

  • Product might vary slightly from the pictures due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration and different tech device specifications. Please kindly allow 20% of this colour variance. Request for return as defect item due to this reason will be rejected.
  • Minor variation in measurement (1-3cm) is not considered as defect.
  • Minor imperfection (small black dots/ small stain/loose thread below 1cm) which are not obvious and doesn’t affect the whole appearance of item will not considered as defect.

Please contact us at hello@shoploooh.com if you believe you have received a defective product within 10 working days with your order number and photo of defect part. 

Free door to door pickup service will be provided if the item acknowledged to be defective. Item returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered ,and with its tags intact. If the replacement piece is no longer available, gift card with no expiry date will be issued.

 

Return

  • Return must be done within 10 working days upon receiving your order.
  • Returns are provided for all items (Except intimates, swim wears, accessories: jewelry).
  • Item in sales category is strictly not allowed to return or exchange.
  • Promotion items (E.g. Early Bird promotion/Rebate) is allowed to return. A gift card equivalent to the discounted purchase price of the promotion item(s) returned will be issued. Items which have sizes may request exchange to suitable size. All shipping fee will borne by customer.
  • New in items only allowed to return. Same value of gift card will be issued once received return parcel.
  • Return must be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered).
  • Must complete and enclose the return form with your returned items.
  • We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all mentioned conditions.
  • Refund would only be done as gift card, strictly no cash refund is allowed.
  • Gift card can use in multiple times, balance can be use in next purchase and must be redeemed within 90 days from the date of issued.
  • You are responsible for the shipping cost and custom duty of returned item.
  • You are responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent. 

 

SHOPLOOOH reserves the right to make amendments to any of the above Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Please check back frequently to see any updates or changes to our T&Cs. Your continued use of the Site indicates your assent to the T&Cs as posted.
