This role plays a key part in shaping SHOPLOOOH’s product direction and brand identity. As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for creating commercially viable designs that align with our brand positioning, while working closely with merchandising, production, and marketing teams to bring each collection from concept to production.

Job Scope:
  • Develop apparel designs, mood boards, and seasonal collections in line with brand direction
  • Conduct trend, market, and fabric research to support design development
  • Prepare design sketches, technical drawings, and specification sheets
  • Work closely with other teams on sampling, fittings, and revisions
  • Ensure designs meet quality standards, cost targets, and production timelines
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Retail teams to support campaign and product launches
  • Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design or a related field
  • Strong sense of fashion trends, aesthetics, and commercial design
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Relevant working experience is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

    Retail Operation Manager

    As the Retail Operation Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our retail business across all outlets. You will lead store teams to achieve sales growth, ensure excellent customer experiences, and maintain the brand’s strong retail presence.

    Job Scope:

    1. Sales & Marketing Strategy:
    Lead the development and execution of sales strategies aligned with seasonal fashion trends, customer insights, and marketing initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing team to design impactful in-store promotions, events, and loyalty programs.

    2. Revenue Growth:
    Drive revenue across all 10 outlets by implementing innovative sales and marketing campaigns aligned with customer demand and market trends.

    3. Staff Management & Development:
    Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of retail staff. Motivate and guide teams to deliver excellent service and achieve sales targets.

    4. Visual Merchandising Excellence:
    Maintain high visual merchandising standards across all stores, ensuring displays reflect the brand identity and enhance customer engagement.

    5. Inventory & Stock Management:
    Manage inventory levels and seasonal stock planning to ensure optimal product availability. Work closely with merchandising and warehouse teams for smooth stock coordination.

    6. Customer Service Leadership:
    Champion a culture of exceptional service. Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.

    7. Trend & Sales Analysis:
    Analyze fashion trends, sales data, and customer feedback to refine strategies and improve sales performance.

    8. Budget & Cost Management:
    Plan and manage operational budgets, ensuring effective cost control while maximizing profitability.

    Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Proven track record in multi-store management and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
  • Willing to travel between store locations and work on weekends or public holidays when required.
  • Passionate about fashion trends, customer experience, and retail excellence.

  • Job Scope:
  • Providing the best customer experience, including speaking to guests and offering advice on colour, fit and silhouette to best suit their needs
  • Cashiering duties using the POS system to process payments
  • Receiving and processing new stock. Replenishments, returns, damages and transfers, as well as support all stock take exercises
  • Work with supervisor to drive store sales performance
  • Assisting supervisor to ensure daily operation work smoothly
  • Requirements:
  • Have at least 1 year of working experience preferably in a retail sales or fashion environment
  • With a passion for the brand and our products, have knowledge in fabric and clothing
  • Provide strong personal sense of style and fashion, not afraid of approaching strangers and striking a genuine conversation
  • Must be able to work on weekends/public holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in spoken/ written English and Malay/ Mandarin
