Can I do an exchange if the sizing/fitting don’t fit me?

We do not exchange but we accept return. You may return your item and credit voucher will be refunded for your next purchase. You may use it to purchased your preferred item.

We only accept returns for items that are in its original condition (with tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). You will be issued a credit voucher equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item(s), valid for 90 days. Delivery fees to return your order, if any, will not be refunded.

*Purchase of sale items, intimates, swimwear, accessories, and bags are final and cannot be returned.

 

What is your return policy?

  • Return must be done within 10 working days upon receiving your order
  • Returns are provided for all items (except sales/promotion items, intimates, swim wears, accessories and bag)
  • Return must be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered)
  • Return can only be done one time per order number, meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
  • We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all mentioned conditions.
  • Refund would only be done as store credit voucher, strictly no cash refund is allowed.
  • Store credit voucher can only be used once, not applicable with any other further discount and must be redeemed within 90 days from the date of issued.
  • You are responsible for the shipping cost of returned item.
  • You are responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.

How do I return an item?

Returns Methods:

Method 1: Return via Mail

Method 2: Return via CollectCo 

You can return conveniently at any Collectco point nationwide. CollectCo point includes Caring Pharmacy, Thunder Match, Senheng, Fotokem, Mydin, Happy Mart, Focus Point and more. Most CollectCo points open early till late, 7 days a week. Choose a point that’s convenient and return at a time that suits you. Find your nearest point here.

How to return with CollectCo:
  1. Contact sales@shoploooh.com for any return request.
  2. Pack your parcel securely.
  3. Print and stick CollectCo return label on the parcel. Get your CollectCo Return Label here
  4. Drop off your parcel at any CollectCo point (Simply pass to the counter), and ask the shopkeeper to check-in your parcel.
  5. You should receive a confirmation email from CollectCo. Track your returns here.

Have you received my returned item?

Please provide us your tracking info once you mail out your returned item. We will email you once we receive your returned item and your return request will be processed within 3 working days.

 

How will I receive my refund? 

A credit voucher equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s) returned will be issued once we process your return.

The credit voucher will have a 90 days validity.
Cash refunds are not provided for returns.
